Where as every possible care is taken to supply our customers with exactly what they want mistakes can be made. We will endeavour to solve any problems that occur to the best of our ability and in the shortest possible time to make your buying experience as pleasurable as possible.


If an item you have ordered is for some reason unavailable at the time you will not be charged for the item until it comes into stock and is ready to be sent. If this item was ordered in conjunction with other in stock items it will be sent at a later date and the in stock items will be despatched straight away unless otherwise instructed by the customer.


All transactions on this site are in Australian Dollars(AUD) only. As well as paying via credit card we can also accept Australia Post Money Orders and cheques made out to Heartland Records. Please note there will be a delay in sending your item if you pay by cheque as it has to clear first, approx 3-5 days is usual. You can also pay via cash sent well concealed (no coins) and at you own risk, we are not responsible for any cash payments that do not arrive and do not recommend this method of payment. We do not accept any kind of payments except credit card from outside of Australia due to the fees incurred.


It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Heartland Records if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Refund Policy

If you receive a product that you believe is not what you ordered we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our PO Box in its original undamaged condition. Please post to Heartland Records P.O. Box 126, Balaclava, Vic 3183.
