Postage policy

All items in stock will be posted by the next working day at the latest. Any orders received over the weekend will be posted on the Monday. Any items out of stock will be ordered straight away and shipped as soon as they come in, you will not be charged for out of stock items until they have arrived and are ready to ship. If an out of stock item is part of a larger order then the in stock items will be shipped straight away unless we are instructed to wait for the out of stock item to arrive and ship together.

Within Australia

All postage costs within Australia will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Local pick up

If you wish to collect an item from our store, please call us to confirm availability.

Outside Australia

Postage costs for overseas orders are calculated manually within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please be aware, the total cost of your order including postage will not be automatically charged at checkout. We will email you with an invoice once your order is received. Please wait for your full invoice including postage before proceeding to payment. If not you will be charged separately for postage.
Note, that if you are buying a poster it cannot be combined with the rest of your order as it will be sent in a tube therefore it is a stand alone postage charge.
